山东省分析测试中心成立于1978年，隶属于齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院），是一所以基础与应用基础研究为主的社会公益性现代分析测试科学研究机构。中心秉承“立足高端、聚焦前沿”的发展理念，以服务山东社会和经济发展为宗旨，向全社会提供化学、药学、环境、食品、材料等相关学科领域的公共技术服务及人才培养工作。中心围绕“医养健康、生态环境、高端装备、高端化工”等产业，从事中药资源及质量控制评价、环境污染物分析和控制修复、环境与健康免疫、食品药品安全及风险评估、生化传感与药物分析、材料失效分析及安全评估、药物智能结晶控制等关键技术研发及相关成果转化。
中心于1992年通过计量认证（资质认定），资质认定领域涉及食品、生物、医药、材料、资源、环境等。严格的检验规程和健全的质量管理体系，保证了检验结果的量值统一，检测数据的准确可靠，所出具的检验报告具备法律效力。中心是全省大型科学仪器共享服务平台主要技术支撑单位，也是“山东省大型科学仪器设备协作共用网”首批入网单位，拥有包括基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱仪、600兆核磁共振波谱仪等大型仪器设备100余台套。
中心拥有外聘院士2名，自主培养外籍院士1名，国家高层次人才2人，山东省突贡专家2名，泰山学者专家9人。在职职工162人，其中副高及以上54人，博士70人，在读硕博研究生百余人。获批建立“国家中药材产业技术体系任务-济南综合试验站”“山东省大型精密分析仪器应用技术重点实验室”等省级以上平台12个。2012年获批山东省科普教育基地，2020年获批山东省和济南市的院士工作站。
依靠雄厚的创新实力和先进的仪器设备，中心近几年先后承担国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、山东省重大创新工程等国家、省部级各类项目200余项，取得科研成果200余项，发表SCI论文500余篇，荣获国家科技进步二等奖、山东省科技进步一等奖等各类奖项60余项。2019年11月，依托中心优质科研资源和齐鲁工业大学优质教育资源成立科教融合学院药学院，致力于高层次药学专业人才的培养。2021年10月，中心与化学与化学与化工学院、药学院组建成立齐鲁工业大学（山东省科学院）化学与制药学部，全力推动科教产深度融合。

The Shandong Analysis and Test Center,
established in 1978 and affiliated with Qilu University of Technology (Shandong
Academy of Sciences), is a modern, socially beneficial scientific research
institution specializing in both fundamental and applied basic research in
analytical testing. Upholding the philosophy of "aiming for the pinnacle
and embracing the forefront", the Center serves the social and economic
development of Shandong Province by providing public technical services and
talent cultivation in fields such as chemistry, pharmacy, environmental
science, food science, and materials science. The Center focuses on industries
such as healthcare and wellness, ecological environment, high-end equipment,
and advanced chemicals, delving into areas like quality control and evaluation
of traditional Chinese medicinal resources, analysis and remediation of
environmental pollutants, environment-health immunology research, food and drug
safety with risk assessments, biochemical sensing and drug analysis, material
failure analysis and safety evaluation, and intelligent crystallization control
techniques for pharmaceuticals.
The Center has obtained metrological
certification (qualification accreditation) since 1992, covering a wide range
of fields such as food, biology, medicine, materials, resources, and
environment. Adhering to rigorous inspection protocols and a robust quality
management system, the Center guarantees the uniformity of measurement values
in inspection results, the precision and reliability of testing data, ensuring
that all issued inspection reports have legal effect. As a leading technical
support entity for the province's large-scale scientific instrument sharing
service platform, the Center is also among the inaugural members of the
"Shandong Province Large Scientific Instrument and Equipment Collaboration
and Sharing Network." It boasts a comprehensive array of over 100 advanced
instruments and equipment, featuring matrix-assisted laser
desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometers and 600 MHz nuclear
magnetic resonance spectrometers.
The Center boasts 2 externally recruited
academicians, 1 self-cultivated foreign academician, 2 national-level experts,
2 experts with outstanding contributions in Shandong Province, and 9 Taishan
Scholar Professors. It has 162 staff members, including 54 with associate
professor or higher titles and 70 holding doctoral degrees, as well as over 100
graduate and doctoral students currently enrolled. The Center has established
12 platforms at or above the provincial level, including "Jinan
Comprehensive Experimental Station, China Agriculture Research System of MOF
and MARA", "Key Laboratory for Applied Technology of Sophisticated
Analytic Instrument of Shandong Province", etc. In 2012, it was awarded
the title of "Science Popularization Education Base of Shandong
Province". In 2020, it was approved to establish the "Academician
Workstation of Shandong Province and Jinan City".
Relying on robust innovation capabilities
and cutting-edge instrumentation, the Center has undertaken over 200 national,
provincial, and ministerial-level projects in recent years, encompassing the
National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and
Development Program, and the Shandong Provincial Major Innovation Project. It
has secured over 200 scientific research achievements, published more than 500
SCI-indexed papers, and garnered over 60 accolades, including the Second Prize
of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of
Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. In November 2019,
leveraging the Center's premium scientific research resources and Qilu
University of Technology's exceptional educational resources, the School of
Pharmaceutical Sciences was established as a beacon of Integration of Science,
Education, and Research, focused on nurturing high-caliber pharmaceutical
professionals. In October 2021, the Center, in conjunction with the School of
Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences,
joined together to form the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy at Qilu
University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences), dedicated to fostering
the profound integration of science, education, and industry.
New situation, new starting point, new
journey. The Center will adhere to the development concept of "strong disciplines,
refined research, extensive services, and high output", committed to
serving social and economic development through technological innovation, and
gradually build a modern analytical science research center that is
domestically first-class and internationally influential.
